  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300Β°F (150Β°C); if required, let it warm while you prep.
  2. Chop the raw nuts if you prefer smaller pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Whisk honey or maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, pour over the oat mixture, and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Line the air fryer basket loosely with parchment paper (punch holes if the basket has large holes), leaving edges free for air flow.
  6. Spread the granola in a thin, even layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry at 300Β°F (150Β°C) for 15–20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the granola is golden and crisp.
  8. Remove the granola, cool slightly, then fold in the dried cranberries.
  9. Let the granola cool completely to crisp before storing or serving.
